Salary £24,404 - £25,183 (pro rata) (£12.65 per hour)
30 hours per week, Mon - Fri (Term time only)
Fixed Term Contract for 1 year in the first instance
A position has arisen at Spring Vale Primary school, working on a 1:1 or small group basis, supporting children with high needs within and outside of our curriculum. Although this position is based in Foundation Stage, confidence working across all key stages would be an advantage as would some knowledge of working with children with SEND. Therefore, we are looking for a highly effective, caring, motivated individual who enjoys working with children. Applicants are strongly encouraged to visit our happy, hardworking and caring school in order to fully appreciate the qualities and potential the school has to offer.
Spring Vale Primary is an oversubscribed two form entry school with a thriving Nursery. We are judged as an Outstanding school and have high expectations of both staff and pupils.

You should:-

Hold a relevant Level 2 qualification;

Be flexible and able to work using your own initiative;

Have excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills;

Be the sort of person who wants to get fully involved with the life of the school.
