WANTED: SPRING VALE BIRD WATCHERS!

Today, Mrs Cope shared her TOP TEN assembly with KS2 and it was all about birds! As part of this, she shared the news that this weekend is the RSPB's Big Garden Birdwatch (January 23-25)

The Big Garden Birdwatch is the world’s largest garden wildlife survey. Every year, hundreds of thousands of nature lovers take part, helping to build a picture of how many garden birds there are in our local community.

Anyone and everyone can take part! All you need to do is sign up online (Click the link at the bottom of the page), or download the survey list and use that to start counting the birds you see in your gardens and outside areas. Once you have completed your birdwatch, results can be submitted online or children can bring the copy of their survey into school and Mrs Cope will post it along with hers!

TIME TO GET COUNTING!
